Exporting Contacts from IXACT Contact

You can export your IXACT Contact contact records into a .csv (comma-separated values) file.

If you are a member of a team, the Team Leader must grant you permission to export the contact list.

To export contacts:

1. In IXACT Contact, click the Utilities icon in the secondary menu (top right of your screen).
2. Click the Export IXACT Contacts button.

Note  The export can take some time depending on the size of your database. If you are unable to generate an export file, please call Customer Support at 1-866-265-6990.
