Getting started is easy!

The easiest way to get started with IXACT Contact is to take advantage of the Setup Wizard, which you can start after logging in. The wizard will take you through all the important setup steps so you can start getting immediate value from the system.
If you have a list of contacts that you want to import into your IXACT Contact account, you can either use the self-serve import feature, or you can email your contacts file directly to support@ixactcontact.com and we'll let you know when your contacts have been uploaded into your account. If you need help exporting your contact list from another system, you can call our Customer Support Team at 1-866-265-6990 (Mon-Fri 9:00am-8:00pm EST).
