Changing Your Account Information
The User Profile contains your contact and billing information. This is the information that you provided when you first subscribed to IXACT Contact, but you can change it here.
To change your contact and address information:
- Click User Profile in the secondary menu (top right of your screen).
- In the Contact & Address Info tab, change any of the information as required and click Save .
Note Remember, your email address is your User ID for logging in to IXACT Contact.
To update your billing information:
- Click User Profile in the secondary menu (top right of your screen).
- In the Billing Info tab, enter your new credit card information and click Save.
