FiveStreet Integration

If you use FiveStreet to capture your leads, you can set up FiveStreet so that your new leads automatically flow right into your IXACT Contact database.

To set up FiveStreet/IXACT Contact integration, you’ll need your IXACT Contact encrypted lead capture ID. You can find this at the bottom of the Lead Capture tab of your User Profile. Copy your lead capture ID by highlighting and copying it. Then follow these steps in FiveStreet.

  1. Login to FiveStreet, and select Add-Ons & Integrations under the Account settings menu.
  2. Find IXACT Contact in the Add-Ons & Integrations list and click Configure.
  3. Paste your IXACT Contact lead capture ID in the box provided.
  4. Click Save. The OFF indicator will now change to ON next to IXACT Contact in the list.

Note  You do not need to do anything in IXACT Contact. Once you complete your setup in FiveStreet, your FiveStreet leads will immediately start flowing into your IXACT Contact database.

Note  After setting up FiveStreet integration, you will continue to receive new lead email notifications from FiveStreet. Depending on whether you receive electronic leads from other sources, and how you are notified of these leads, you may or may not want to turn off email lead notifications in your New Lead Settings.

New FiveStreet leads that are not accepted directly into your database appear in the Imported & Synchronized Contacts list in the Utilities area with a Source of ‘FiveStreet’. Once accepted into your database, the contact Entered By is also set to ‘FiveStreet’.
