Viewing a Contact’s Activities & History

The Activities/History tab provides visibility to a contact’s Contact History, Pending Activities, and Completed Activities. Use the buttons at the top of the page to toggle between these lists.

The Pending Activities list displays all incomplete tasks as well as all upcoming calendar appointments for the contact.

Note  If a task is created from an activity plan (see About Activity Plans), the activity plan name and the activity type are included in the list. If the activity type is Email or Letter, an icon will appear to the right of the due date. Click the icon if you wish to send the email or print the letter. Upon clicking the icon, you have the option to update the task to Completed.

The Completed Activities list displays all completed tasks as well as all past calendar appointments for the contact.

The Contact History displays the following for the contact:

  • Notes
  • Prospecting Updates
  • Monthly e-Newsletter emails
  • Mass emails
  • Marketing Activity Plan auto-emails
  • Automated Birthday and Move In Anniversary e-Cards
  • Letters printed
  • Captured email correspondence

Note For all emails in Contact History, the system displays the date and time the email was opened by the recipient. “UNOPENED” is displayed if the email has not been opened.
