Purchasing Texting Credits

Your custom texting phone number comes with 100 texting credits each month.

The number of remaining texting credits is displayed in your User Profile, as well as the individual and mass texting popups.

You may purchase more texting credits at any time by clicking the Purchase Credits link next to your remaining credits count. In the pop-up window, click the Purchase button next to the number of credits you wish to purchase. The more you choose to purchase, the lower the cost per credit. Your purchased credits will never expire and can be used at any time. Your credit card will immediately be charged the cost of the credits (plus applicable taxes).

Note  If you try to send a text message and you do not have enough available credits, the Purchase Credits popup will appear when you click Send. Upon purchasing enough credits, you will immediately be able to send out your message.
