Unsubscribes & Re-subscribes

Recipients of text messages that you send from IXACT Contact can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. If a contact unsubscribes from your messages, you will receive a text notification alerting you to this, and it will be recorded in the contact’s contact history.

You cannot under any circumstances send a text message from IXACT Contact to a contact who has unsubscribed from your messages. If you attempt to message the contact again, you will be notified that the message could not be delivered.

A contact who has unsubscribed to your text messages can re-subscribe at any time by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to any message. If a contact re-subscribes to your messages, you will receive a text notification alerting you to this and it will be recorded in the contact’s contact history.

Unsubscribes and re-subscribes both use up 2 texting credits.
