Using the Business Pipeline
To see an actionable list of all of contacts in a particular status, simply click on that status in the color-coded breakdown.
Note If you create your own custom statuses (see Setting Up Your Keep in Touch Options), they will automatically be added to the color-coded breakdown.

The
Team Leader or administrators can use the Team Member list to
display the Business Pipeline either for the entire team or for
an individual team member based on contact visibility. |
The list provides you with the following information on each contact:
- Main contact and spouse/partner name
- Primary phone number and email address
- Date added to your database
- Main contact picture (from the contact’s Social Intelligence tab)
- Date and type of the last correspondence sent from IXACT Contact
- Date and type of your last prospecting activity with the contact
- Prospect Type
For each contact in the list, you can easily perform the following actions:
- Open the contact record by clicking on the name
- Send an email by clicking on the email address
- Enter a Quick Note
- Enter a Quick Task
- Update the contact’s Status
- Record a prospecting update
- Delete a contact
