About Goal Setting
Setting goals and tracking your performance against those goals is key to building a successful real estate business.
IXACT Contact allows you to set financial and activity-based goals each year, and provides real-time visibility to how you are performing to your goals.
To track your financial performance, use the Active Business area to enter and track all of your listings, sales and commissions earned, as well as additional key statistics like average list price, average days on market and average sale to list price (see About Active Business). Be sure to add the Closed Business widget to your Dashboard in order to see a real-time snapshot of your financial performance and how you are performing against your goals for the year (see Customizing Your Dashboard).
To track your prospective activities against your goals, be sure to record all prospecting activities for your contacts (see Recording Prospecting Activities for a Contact). Be sure to add the Prospecting Activities widget to your Dashboard in order to see a summary of your prospecting activities of the year and how you are performing to your goals (see Customizing Your Dashboard).
