Customizing Your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is a customizable snapshot of business, and it’s what you see first each time you sign in to IXACT Contact.  

The Dashboard includes a number of predefined “widgets” that display key reporting metrics and activities.

You can select any or all of these widgets, and display them in which ever order you wish depending on how you manage your business and what information is most important to you.

The following widgets are available:

Widget

Description

Prospecting Activities

Provides a summary of the prospecting activities you carried out during the last week, the current week and year-to-date, and, if you have set up your goals for the year (see Entering Your Goals), how you are performing against your goals. The YTD to Goal numbers are color-coded to provide quick visibility to where you are reaching your goals and where you are not.

The Team Leader or administrators can use the Team Member list to display results either for the entire team, or for an individual team member based on contact visibility. Team members who are not administrators can only see results for their own contacts.

Active Business Snapshot

Provides a real-time snapshot of the transactions you currently have on-the-go in Active Business, broken down by transaction status.

The Team Leader or administrators can use the Team Member list to display results either for the entire team or for an individual team member based on contact visibility. Team members who are not administrators can only see results for their own contacts.

Closed Business

Displays a number a key transactional metrics of your business for the current calendar year. If you have set up your goals for the year (see Entering Your Goals), the report shows how you are performing against your goals. Numbers are color-coded to provide quick visibility to where you are reaching your goals and where you are not.

Original Source Reporting

Displays pie charts that highlight your best sources of new contacts and closed business, based on the Original Source selections on your contact profiles. The report can be generated for a number of different timeframes by using the Time Frame selector above the report.

Active Listings and Buyers

Presents a list of your current Active Business, with the ability to click a property address to go directly to the Active Business listing or sale page.

Prospective Buyers

Displays a list of contacts that are currently set as Prospective Buyers, with the ability to click the contact name to go directly to the Contact Profile Buying Preferences page.

Today’s Tasks

Provides a list of your tasks that are either due today or overdue, with the ability to complete tasks, or click the task Subject to open the full task page.

Today’s Appointments

Displays a list of your appointments for today. You can click on the appointment Subject to open the full appointment page.

Business Pipeline

Provides a breakdown of your contact database by status. Click Business Pipeline in the main menu to access all the functions of the Business Pipeline (see Using the Business Pipeline).

The Team Leader or administrators can use the Team Member list to display the breakdown for either for the entire team, or for an individual team member based on contact visibility. Team members who are not administrators can only see breakdown for their own contacts.

Referral and Repeat Business

Provides a snapshot of the listings, transactions and commissions that are coming from referral and repeat business. Referral business is based on contacts with an Original Source of Referral. Repeat business is based on active business transactions flagged as repeat business. The report can be generated for a number of different timeframes by using the Time Frame selector above the report.

To customize your Dashboard, simply click Customize Dashboard at the top of the page, and select the check boxes of the widgets you would like to see. Widgets that you add are automatically added to the top of the page. While in “customize” mode, you can move widgets around by clicking the widget and dragging it to the position you want it on the page. When you are done customizing your Dashboard, click Save Customization.

Note  If you take advantage of the Keep in Touch Coach feature, the widget will always display at the top of your Dashboard. The widget cannot be hidden or moved.

Each Team Member can opt to hide the Keep in Touch Coach widget by unselecting Enable Dashboard Widget when Setting Up Your Keep in Touch Options.
